I tutored at a learning center in the Houston area for three years while working on my degree. I mostly worked with high school and college students but also tutored elementary and middle school students. The last two years I taught at a Title I high school in Houston. Both years I taught Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus the second year as well. I recently moved to Boston to be closer to my nieces and actively seek employment here. I like to be very active; running and ultimate frisbee mostly. I like all kinds of sports and try to compare math and sports with many students I've worked with, especially if they themselves enjoy the sport. Outside of sports I am studying to become an Actuary.
