Experience
As a current research assistant in the psychology department of BU and an experienced tutor serving a multitude of ages and needs from preschool-aged children through to late adulthood, I am enthusiastic about sharing my love of English and the social sciences. I am passionate about teaching excellence in reading comprehension, study skills, psychological theory and research, laboratory and research skills, and a diverse array of writing topics such as: scientific writing, grammar, creative writing, college application essays, and course writing across all disciplines. I place a high value on employing educational psychology research and theory in my work, particularly around the idea of multiple intelligences and catering to individual student learning styles.
