Experience

In every job I've held, I have been fortunate to work with children and foster learning. For six years I was a dance instructor and choreographer at On Pointe Dance Academy, and over summer breaks I have worked at local day programs for kids with working parents and children with special needs. Both school programs have incorporated learning and working with children to complete homework, and continue their studies over break in an engaging manner. I've always loved serving as a teacher of sorts to kids, while being personable and understanding of the need to be a kid. Tutoring is something I have never officially done, but something I have had some experience with and would love to do so through the summer and school year.
