BS in Psychology from Georgia Tech with a certificate in business and an emphasis in research and statistics. MEd from the Sposato Graduate School of Education (associated with the MATCH Teacher Residency program) Completed all the coursework for an MS in Cognitive Psychology and Neurology at Georgia Tech before deciding to go into education. The quiet, solitary life of a research psychologist just wasn't for me!

Taught GRE prep from 2008 - 2012 for Kaplan GRE score: 1420 (out of 1600) SAT: 1400 (out of 1600) Tutored 6-8th graders at Match Middle School (2012-2013) 3 years of teaching 8th grade math at Neighborhood House Charter School (2013 - present) 1 year ISEE tutoring experience (2014) Created the current Common Core aligned 8th grade math curriculum for NHCS I decided to become a teacher to try and combat the achievement gap and help ensure that all students get a quality education. I love that my work lets me do this every single day!
