I also have a lot of experience and education in Administration and Human Resources field.
Experience
Two years of experience as an Upper School Spanish Teacher in an independent school in the US. Although I enjoy teaching groups, I think it is important to devote some one-on-one time to students that need extra help. This time is a great opportunity to deeply analyze the students' needs and develop an action plan to work together teacher and student. This work often brings great results to the learning process.
