Graduate of the University of Wisconsin where I majored in Social Welfare and Biological Aspects of Conservation. Went on to pursue a Master of Education degree in special education. I continue expanding my education by taking as many classes and courses related to my field. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and skills.
Experience
I am a teacher at a high school in Newton, but I have also taught students in grades PreK - 12. I have many years of experience with typically developing students, as well as those with special education needs, including, but not limited to autism, PDD, ADD, dyslexia, processing disorders, and emotional disabilities. I love helping students realize their potential and successes!
