Experience

During my university years, I tutored math, english and chemistry for elementary&high school students. In 2012-2013, I became a teaching assistant who taught Chemistry Basics and tutored freshmen Experimental Chemsitry in laboratory at Beijing University. I want to be a tutor because not only do I teach my student how to think effectively, how to solve problems, and how to score high, I also make specific teaching plans according to their interests, personalities and hobbies to make my course more creative, vivid, and easier to understand. The most exciting thing to be a tutor is that you, like a magician, change your students who were weary of every subjects into ones addicted to them. However, when you give your students "hammers and shovels", and tell them there were treasures under the earth, will them start to dig? I doubt about it. I think the most important factor in study is the motivation(maybe a higher score, maybe a good university, maybe a sense of achievement). Whatever it is, my goal is to stimulate students' study motivation, develop their brain potentials, arouse their interests and build their self-confidence.

In Sweden, as a member of Student Union, I prepared for conferences, fairs, exhibitions, lectures of INTERNATIONALYEAR OF CHEMISTRY (KEMINS ÅR 2011), and performed interesting chemistry experiments in our lab for local students, which were safe, colorful, and compelling. In Shanghai, I joined an environmental group focusing on water quality survey of rivers in Shanghai, which aimed to raise awareness of environmental protection among general public and attract young people into this field. I like swimming, jogging, hiking and cooking Chinese & Tai cuisine. I am interested in web&logo design. Below is the link of my work for my sister's biotech company. (You can search it if u like.
