Julian P.
Private tutor in Boston, MA
Education
I graduated in 2014 from Carleton College, where I received my B.A. in Music and Political Science. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.65, earned distinction on my senior thesis, and maintained a solid academic track record throughout my time at my undergraduate institution. I currently study at the New England Conservatory, where I am pursuing an M.M. in composition.
Experience
I have over seven years of tutoring experience in a variety of fields. I have worked with children of all ages in numerous capacities, and have found success among every age group. Most recently, I served as a writing consultant for three years at Carleton College, I worked as a substitute teacher at Madison Country Day School for all subject areas and grade levels, and I taught private piano and voice lessons to students in the Madison area before moving to Boston.

Hobbies
While pursuing studies in music occupies most of my interest and time, I'm very interested in a lot of different areas like politics, cooking, writing, history, and philosophy. I immensely enjoy my interactions with fellow learners, and always enjoy talking about what they are studying, as I'm always fascinated by learning more.
