Sophomore Transfer in Secondary Education focus English at Lasell College. I transferred from Southern Maine Community College in South Portland, Maine. I went to school there for two years and then made my decision to transfer to Lasell. I loved the idea of small classes and being able to really know my professors.
Experience
I enjoy reading and writing and would love to change one's views on the subjects. I have taken teaching classes before and are currently taking them. I also took educational psychology so I do understand why some things don't come as easy to certain students. I'm not afraid to spend an hour on a problem so we can get the right answer. I remember those moments most from high school. I was a nanny for 2 years and always helped the kids with their homework assignments, it comes natural to me! I took all honors and AP English and writing classes in high school. I am a very laid back person who on the other hand works very hard to go that extra mile on a paper. I love analyzing material and getting between every line. I have all the patience in the world and will work hard with your son or daughter to get to the answer

Hobbies
I played field hockey for 9 years and played varsity all four years in high school and was voted captain my senior year. I work well with others and can solve any problem thrown my way. I love to be around people, but do understand the feeling of being alone to recharge. I know a lot about sports, but I don't follow them like a hardcore fan. I am very close with my family and try to tall to them every day.
