I tutor and teach English, Literature, and Math from elementary school up to Algebra I as well as Clinical Anatomy. Enjoying the process of helping people learn and reach their full potential, I have spent a lot of time studying and looking for techniques to help both myself and my students to learn different types of material. I'm most interested in providing a chance for students to learn individually, because I understand each has their own way and speed of learning. This has allowed me to engage students one on one or in small groups. I will try many different techniques if I have to, so each person I tutor can learn, and can accommodate a variety of learning styles.A graduate of San Diego State University, I am currently studying Occupational Therapy in graduate school in Boston, Massachusetts. My Bachelor of Arts is in Psychology. While an undergraduate, I tutored high school students in San Diego. From help with homework to essay writing, study skills, and test prep, I can tutor in a variety of capacities. I currently reside in Charlestown, Massachusetts and enjoy yoga, walking, hiking, reading, and watching movies when I'm not working or pursuing my education.
