I was given the task of gathering two different groups of BioTAP Students for 1 hour weekly meeting, and collecting everyone’s ideas into one cohesive proposal. I had the role of delegating responsibilities through the use of weekly assignments. As leader, it was my job to engage the students, evoking them to come up with creative ideas for our presentation.
