Experience

I am quite experienced in teaching and tutoring, with over three years of experience. I have primarily worked with middle school students. However, as of late, I have been tutoring and working with high school students and have found that I quite enjoy it. My plan is to make a career out of educating others, and I will soon be going back to university to work towards earning my certificate to instruct history to high school students. Teaching and educating others is a great passion of mine, I always look at each new experience teaching as an opportunity to learn and to leave a positive and meaningful impact on the life of a student. I prefer to tutor in the subjects of writing, literature, and history. However, I can comfortably work with students in most subjects. When I am not tutoring and working to impact a student's life, I love being in the great outdoors. Some of my favorite things to do in nature include hiking, fishing, running, and camping. I very much love being in nature. Also, in my spare time, I am teaching myself to play the guitar. Currently, I reside in Wilton, Connecticut.
