Tufts University - BS, Biology and Chemistry

I attended both Tufts University and UMass Medical School. While I was at Tufts, I worked as a tutor for college students. I taught chemistry, biology, physics, and biochemistry to students who needed help understanding the sciences. I was honored to be nominated for Head Tutor by the Department of Biology at Tufts. I am studying medicine, and my career goal is to work in the field of medicine.I offer one-on-one tutoring sessions so I can focus on one student at a time. I offer tutoring in medicine, nursing, immunology, medical terminology, biology, physiology, pharmacology, and anatomy. I am also able to help students prepare for the ACT, DAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, PCAT, SAT, and SSAT. I provide a variety of study strategies and test-taking techniques to my students. I do my best to maximize each student's score by showing them how to work with each question type, as not every question is phrased or weighted in the same way. While teaching is a large part of my life, I am also training to participate in a triathlon. I also enjoy capoeira and dancing the tango.
