Experience

I am an experienced tutor who began tutoring when I was in high school. I am now working toward a bachelor's degree in Economics at Yale University, and I am currently a sophomore. As a college student, I continue to tutor classmates and students of all ages. I truly enjoy tutoring, because I experience personal satisfaction in seeing the students I help improve their knowledge and grades through the hard work we put in together. I can tutor many subjects, including math courses ranging from elementary math to calculus, statistics, writing, reading, biology, and many others. I also enjoy helping students prepare for tests, such as the SAT. I believe that one of the most important ways a student can improve in any subject is to practice. With practice, a student will begin to notice patterns in when and why they make mistakes. Then, they can work to stop making the mistakes in later problems or equations. When not tutoring or studying, I love sports and playing challenging video games. I also enjoy reading.
