Hello, my name is Thomas, and I am located in Charlestown, Massachusetts. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where I studied mathematics with a pure mathematics focus. I plan to continue my studies in math and go on to earn a master's degree and ultimately a doctorate degree. In addition to studying and teaching, I am also a bicycle messenger for a delivery service. In my free time I love skateboarding and other physical activities.I am a math enthusiast, and strive to share my enthusiasm with my students. I understand various learning styles, and have experience with teaching concepts in multiple ways to help students grasp challenging concepts. I work with my students to help them gain the confidence and skills to move themselves forward. Mathematics can be a difficult subject, but a dynamic teacher, an engaged student, and a little hard work are all that is needed to excel. I tutor students in all levels of mathematics including elementary and middle school math, algebra, geometry, calculus, differential equations, statistics, trigonometry, and competition math.
