Experience
This spring, I will complete an undergraduate degree in Community Health and Economics at Tufts University, with pre-med preparation. Ultimately, I plan to become a physician and work in a hospital setting. However, that will require many years of preparation, and I have a number of other goals to fulfill as I travel that road. Although I spent most of my childhood in the United States, I have traveled around Europe, attended middle school for two years in Paris, and went to an Israeli high school. I've seen quite a bit of the world and learned a lot, but there is much left to do and see. I began tutoring in high school, when I started helping friends prepare for the ACT and SAT (in particular, science and math). Recognizing that the tests weren't the enemy they were cracked up to be, and that they were actually testing for problem-solving skills, I was able to help many classmates improve their scores. I carry that same simple philosophy into my tutoring today. On my own time, I'm a sports fan, like to read, spend time with friends, and sometimes play video games. Generally, I'd rather be outside than home watching television.
