I am a tutor in Boston, Massachusetts. I attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I earned a B.S. in Mathematics. I am now applying for admission to medical school.I am familiar with challenging subjects, and like to provide my students with engaging and varied educational perspectives. I have adapted to various ways of thinking, and I enjoy helping others do the same. When helping students prepare for tests like the MCAT, I try to help them develop individual strategies for the various test sections.I tutor students in middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, precalculus, calculus, biology, microbiology, physics, physiology, literature, biochemistry, genetics, science, and English. I also tutor students who are preparing for the MCAT.In my free time, I enjoy philosophy, music (particularly jazz since I play bass), and reading. I also enjoy computer science and programming. In addition, I volunteer at a hospital in my community.
