Experience
I graduated from Hamilton College, studying Biology and Government and singing in the college choir as well as an all-female a cappella group. I also spent a period of those years studying in Tanzania, taking advantage of the opportunity to develop and conduct an independent study project. I am now enrolled and studying at Suffolk University Law School. I tutored grade school students while at Hamilton, and was privileged to work with students in various learning settings, both in and outside the classroom. While in college, I tutored second graders and took great pride in watching them evolve in confidence and skill level. I also worked at a sailing club for a few years, teaching introduction to racing, navigating, and basic nautical skills to 8-14 year olds. I always encourage the kids to believe in themselves and their talents and stressed that self assuredness will lead to success in education and their lives. I bring my enthusiastic approach to teaching and enjoy sharing that to help others in reaching their goals. My hobbies and interests include sailing, singing, skiing, and traveling.
