I have three years of tutoring experience in various biology courses (general biology, physiology, biochemistry) and organic chemistry. I have previously worked individually with students to discuss time management, organizational, and networking skills. I focus on showing students the connections between class material and the real world. I have a personal interest in writing and literature and have experience proofreading and editing essays. I have taken a multitude of biology courses (General biology, animal physiology, biopsychology, biochemistry) as well as other scientific courses such as organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and nutrition. My other personal interests include the health care field. At my college I have previously mentored students in their pre-med, pre-dental, and pre-physician assistant endeavors.
