Education
I am currently a senior at Boston University studying Latin, Ancient Greek, Modern Greek, and French. I have also studied abroad extensively in Greece. I have been studying Latin for almost 9 years now, French for 4, and Greek for 3.
Experience
I have been tutoring Latin and French for several years. I am currently taking advanced classes in Latin, French, and Ancient Greek. 5 on Latin AP Test, 800 on Latin SAT 2 (and capable of helping prepare for both of those). My experience in modern languages (French, Modern Greek, German) has given me a better understanding of how languages in general function, and thus have allowed me to more effectively interact with ancient languages like Latin and Greek. My aim is to pass on to my tutoring students a comparable understanding so as to dispel any fear, discomfort, or otherwise they might have about such subjects.
