I tutored General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Environmental Studies as a college student. I took two classes to become a certified peer tutor in college. I completed more than 75 hours of tutoring. I also was a Teaching Assistant while in college. Before college, I served as a math tutor in elementary school. In High School, I was a Teaching Assistant for a writing course. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy helping people understand the concepts. Many prospective Pre-Med students don't do well in the Chemistry courses, which are required for Med School, so I like to try to help those students who are in need of help.
