Ryan A.
Private tutor in Boston, MA
Education
I hold a BSc in Biochemistry with a Math Minor from University of Massachusetts Boston (Fall 2014 - Fall 2016). I'm also currently in my final semester of a Math Post-baccalaureate at the Brandeis Graduate School of Arts and Science (Fall 2017 - Fall 2018), largely focused on both pure and applied analysis.
Experience
Most of my experience comes from my time at UMB, where I spent 5 semesters with their Student Success Center tutoring general chemistry and physics. Also, for the past 4 years, I've been a teaching lab technician for UMB's Biology Department. The lion's share of my math background is in analysis, both real and complex, with some applications into classical and quantum information theory.

Hobbies
Outside of STEM, I have a pretty wide range of interests. I'm a fanatic for music, having played guitar for the majority of my life and listening to just about anything from baroque to experimental art pop. I'm also a casual sports fan, watching mostly hockey and soccer. I also do a fair amount of PC gaming in what free time I can find.
