Education

My degrees are in health and human sciences, and have long enjoy subjects in math and science. One aspect of my current work involves coaching colleagues on quality improvement methodology, which includes basic statistical analysis and algebraic concepts. My degrees are described as follows: Ithaca College, Health Sciences with a Pre-medical emphasis, minor in Nutrition Science, GPA 3.78 Boston University School of Public Health, Maternal and Child Health, GPA 3.59

Experience

I have experience tutoring high school and college-aged students in chemistry, statistics, and other sciences and math courses. I have also had several students requesting help on the math portion of the GREs. I have been tutoring high school students as well as young professionals in various neighborhoods in Boston since 2011. I enjoy tutoring because it allows one-on-one interaction for student and tutor, which gives me the pleasure of getting to know my students and their learning style on a more intimate level. I am willing to meet students who are accessible via the T, either the bus or the subway. I have also successfully held sessions over Skype, for individuals that are outside the Boston area. Please message me if you have any questions! My availability recorded on this site is not the extent of times I am available, I am flexible and will consider meeting on weekends if no other times are feasible.
