Experience
I believe the best way to share my love of art, writing, and the French language is to teach. I want to contribute my knowledge to those who could benefit most in those subjects! I hold a dual degree in Studio Art and English from the University of Vermont with a minor in French. I spent a semester in Montpellier, France at Univeristé Paul Valéry to hone my French speaking and comprehension skills through complete immersion. I have extensive experience in journalism and have written for numerous online and print publications including The Improper Boston, Art New England, and Seven Days Vermont. Additionally, I worked as the Editor-in-Chief of a campus newspaper while attending UVM. I've also worked as a teaching assistant for two Introduction to Painting classes at the University of Vermont and as a mentor to Boston-based artists.
