Education

Undergraduate studying Mathematics and Computer Science at MIT (GPA: 3.2/4.0)

Experience

I was a Teaching Assistant for MIT's introductory electricity and magnetism classes my freshman year. I taught the same subject that for the MITES Program, a residential summer program at MIT for rising high school seniors. I've tutored friends and classmates throughout most of high school and college, and I always find the experience very rewarding. It's very meaningful to enable others to see academic subjects in new lights, and for myself it also provides a good way to think about material in new ways. I've had a lot of experience with both receiving and providing tutoring, and I can relate to students struggling to approach difficult concepts. Relevant Coursework: Differential Equations, Mathematics for Computer Science, Probability and Random Variables, Algorithms and Data Structures Relevant Test Scores: SAT - 730/780/720 ACT - 35 PSAT - 75/73/80 5's on AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Physics B/C, AP English Language, and AP US History
