I am a first-year law student at Boston University School of Law. I am currently in the top 10-15% of my class. I graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Geneseo in May 2012.
Experience
I worked at a Kidstart program, where children ages 4-14 developed study strategies, practiced smart-board technology, and took accelerated reading, science and math courses. I was a tutor at SUNY Geneseo for two years. I have tutored for courses in history, statistics and geography. SAT score: 730 Verbal, 730 Writing, 680 Math LSAT score: 167 I want to be a tutor because I believe teaching and practicing with a student one-on-one is a fantastic way to succeed. Tutoring relieves pressure from a student and grants them a chance to gain valuable practice and skills in a comfortable, positive setting. I have always enjoyed learning, and tutoring both my peers and younger students grants me the opportunity to put my enthusiasm into action.
