Done lots of things, but always experience with people. Been in school for a long time, so understand the system very well. Am very interested in ESL mainly because am incredibly intrigued by culture. I am as eager to learn about you and your home culture as you are to learn English and about American culture! Understand that English skills might have to be taught in the context of other courses a kid might be taking. Am very energetic, and when teaching to kids (and adults too for that matter!), I think that having fun is very important. This method is very effective.
